“21C Ahn Yong-bok” is a website created to help Korean students, overseas youth, and everyone around the world who loves Korea better understand Dokdo, Korea’s beautiful island.
It introduces the historical truths and present reality of Dokdo, its special meaning to Korea, and explains why Dokdo is Korean territory and why Japan’s claims are incorrect.

VANK
The Voluntary Agency Network of Korea (VANK) is a private organization established in January 1999 to promote accurate information about Korea to people around the world through the internet.
As cyber diplomats, VANK members engage with friends across the globe and work to correct distorted information about Korea, including topics such as the East Sea, Dokdo, history, and culture.
